One of our experienced Safety Engineers will visit your facility and review potential safety hazards as it relates to forklifts, employee/pedestrian interaction, existing safety procedures while concentrating on collision avoidance. Our goal is to provide you with in-plant solutions you can implement internally. The more difficult challenges requiring Engineered Solutions will be designed for each of your specific areas.
During the on-site Survey our Engineer assesses potential risk areas and will document these areas in a formal 3D conceptual presentation:
-Plant layout drawings will be required prior to our arrival. We will need an overall plant layout showing the areas to be considered and the location in your facility.
-A pre-visit discussion via WebX conference will be conducted to review plant policies and practices as it relates to in-plant photo/videos that will need to be conducted during our visit.
A typical visit will consist of the following:
-On-site meeting with key personnel to discuss areas of opportunity and safety priorities.
-Walkthrough plant inspection with documentation of each area and confidential photos/videos.
-Exit meeting to discuss observations, review layout, answer questions and develop timelines.
-Photos/video to be taken of key areas
