ON-SITE EVALUATION AND SAFETY SURVEY
One of our certified Safety Engineers will visit your facility and review potential safety hazards as it relates to forklifts, equipment, employee/pedestrian crossings concentrating on collision avoidance.
During the on-site Survey our Engineer assesses potential risk areas and will document these areas in a formal presentation:
-Plant layout drawings will be required prior to our arrival. We will need an overall plant layout showing the areas to be considered and the location in your facility.
-A pre visit discussion via WebX conference will be conducted to review plant policies and practices as it relates to in-plant photo/videos that will need to be conducted during our visit.
Typical visit will consist of the following:
-on site meeting with key personnel to discuss areas of opportunity and safety priorities.
-walk through plant inspection
-exit meeting to discuss observations, review layout, answer questions and develop time lines.
-additional walk through to confirm observations and prioritize. Photos/video to be taken of key areas
-each area can be assigned our calculated RISK FACTOR
